Cash Game
Since 2007, the Aix en provence Pasino has opened No Limit Texas Hold'em Poker tables for the greatest happiness of area players. The poker room of the Aix en Provence Pasino can open up to eight tables of ten players splited in tables of 100€ and 250€ (buy in) according to the number of players registered on the waiting list. 100€ tables have 2€ small blind and 4€ big blind, 250€ tables have 5€ small blind and 5€ big blind. If you lose your stack you can rebuy, no limited times, up to 500€ for each rebuy for 100€ tables and up to 1250€ maximum on each rebuy for 250€ tables.
Casino takes 4% on each winning pot. If you win a 50€ pot, 2€ are for the casino and 48€ for you. The player room(Texas Hold'em Poker, Roulette, Black jack, Stud poker) opens at 3 PM and you can register on the waiting list to play Cash Game Poker that begins at 4 PM. Casino closes at 3 AM during the week and at 4 AM on fridays, saturdays and sundays (Poker Room closes one hour earlier).
A new cash game table - Omaha
Since 2011, Omaha arrived in Aix en Provence's Casino. With a buy in minimum of 200€ and the blinds are 2€ (small and big blind)
Tournaments
Sometimes the casino proposes No Limit Texas Hold'em Poker tournaments with up to 300 players . These tournaments have a 150€ + 30€ buy in or 250€ + 40€. The paid places represent 10% of players like most tournaments what can be very interesting (around 15 000€ for the first place of tournament 150€ + 30€). The last ones happened on the 29 august weekend, we let you know about the next ones.

Advice
For Cash Game tables, the ideal is to come at 3 PM even if the poker tables open only at 4 PM because you can register on the waiting list and then be among the firsts to play. Advantage is that everybody begins with 100€ (or 250€, depends on which table) so everybody has the same stack to begin with, whereas if you come later, you can begin at a table that plays for hours and you are face to face with 1000€ or 2000€ stacks and they won't be afraid to pay your all in that is less than 100€. When you arrive at 8 PM you can wait for two hours before playing, even more on weekends.
Recently, the rules changed and players can come to the table with 500€ maximum (100€ table) and 1250€ maximum (250€ table) but most of them come to the table with the minimum stack.
